Rates

Rates depend on how often you'd like to train per week. The more often you'd like to train, the lower your session price will be.

I will calculate how many times a month we are expected to train together, then you will simply pay for the next round of sessions. For example, if you want to work out once a week, I will charge you every 4 sessions. For twice a week, I'd charge you every 8 sessions. I've found that this maintains flexibility for my clients.

Individual sessions are
50-60 minutes and $70 a session. Prices go down as your training package gets bigger.


-Once a week (or four times a month):$65 per session, or $260 every 4 sessions.

-Twice a week (or eight times a month): $60 per session, or $480 every 8 sessions.

-Three times a week (or twelve times per month): $55 per session, or $660 every 12 sessions.


-Buddy training (2 people):  $35 per person for individual session

-Long distance online training:
